Lab Finds Accuracy with the MTMS Kit

“About a month ago the lab got a new toy! Ok not a toy, but a really cool device for taking melt temps. This kit is from Melt Temperature Measurement Systems(MTMS), recommended to me by the folks at RJG. I finally had time to try it out today and yes, it gives far more consistent measurements than a probe in a melt pool. I actually got an identical measurement taking the temp 3 times within about 15 minutes. Thanks to MTMS for making it possible to add their device to our lab.”
