Did you know you can measure the melt temperature of the injection molding process accurately and safely with the MTMS (Melt temperature Measurement System}.  The system can also be utilized to do the Pressure Loss, Load Sensitivity, and Injection Speed Linearity Tests for injection molding machines.  These tests are highlighted in any scientific or decoupling molding training.  The Purge Puck/Ring provides a positive stop while doing these tests.   These tests  validate the accuracy of a high quality injection molding press.
